🌟 Calling All Summit Church Family! 🌟
Mark your calendars for October 25 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM! Get ready for an unforgettable evening filled with fun for all ages at our FREE Fall Festival, open to everyone in the Durango community! But we need your help to make this a truly special event! Not only is this festival just a fun-filled evening, it’s an opportunity for us to come together as a church family and extend our welcoming arms to everyone in Durango. Every member of the community who comes to this event will receive a personal invite back to Summit Church for Christmas services so be sure to invite your friends, neighbors, coworkers, and classmates. If you consider Summit Church your home, we invite you to step up and serve!
What to Expect:
- Trunk or Treat: Kick off the festivities with our exciting Trunk or Treat from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM—come in costume and collect goodies!
- Activity Stations: Unleash your creativity! Make slime, paint pumpkins, apply temporary tattoos, and decorate cookies.
- Outdoor Games: Challenge your friends to cornhole, gaga ball, 9-square, and more!
- Nerf Wars: Kids 10 and up can enjoy thrilling haunted house-themed Nerf wars!
- Bounce Houses: We have two bounce houses to work off some of that candy!
- Hay Ride: Take a scenic ride around the neighborhood and soak in the autumn vibes.
- Explore Vehicles: Climb aboard police and fire vehicles for an exciting hands-on experience.
- Photo Booth Fun: Capture your favorite moments with family and friends!
- Delicious Treats: Indulge in a variety of fall desserts and tasty street food, all available for free!
Here’s How You Can Help: We’re asking each of you to volunteer for just one shift in a role that suits you. Your participation will help ensure that we provide a safe, friendly, and engaging environment for all attendees. When you’re not serving, you’ll have the evening to enjoy the festivities with your family! Your involvement is crucial to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our community.
